• Balance top-ups are processed manually after we verify the payment.
• Funds added to your balance are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Unlock orders are paid from your account balance and processed by our team.

4. Service Availability

We do our best to keep the service running 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the site down for maintenance with or without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform.
